The Winter Essential You Need In Your Closet

It’s been a while and truthfully, I don’t know why. But I am here to dish up the best fall/winter closet staple!

Fall weather is upon us and that means we have to dip back into our closets and figure out what we are going to wear. Now, I’m not sure about the east coast currently, but in LA it is COLD! (well, not east coast cold but cold enough for me to care)

Ok, so my go-to this season has been BLAZERS. If you have not realized from my Instagram I am obsessed with a blazer! I love a blazer and a t-shirt, a jean, or a sneaker—I am just so into blazers! I remember when my dad or any middle-aged man would put on a blazer with everything and think that it was appropriate, I would literally cringe. But now… that is me. I wear a blazer to the mall, to class, to dinner, to drinks with friends, I love a blazer!

Back in the day (literally 2 years ago), I had the same type of love for leather jackets. It lasted forever and I bought so many from All Saints. It is still a staple in my closet—and should be in yours—for fun nights out or even a day time look.

However, back to the topic at hand. Blazer’s bring a certain class to what you wear, it dresses your outfit up, but keeps it very cool and on trend.

I totally understand that blazers and suit jackets are very expensive. Thrift stores have tons of blazers that give you many options for different outfits. Also, Zara and H&M have suit sections that offer very classic blazers and some with a little twist.
